Magdalena Frackowiak

The model and jewelry designer was raised by her parents Kazimierz and Danuta in Gdansk, but she resided in Canada when she moved from Poland. When she was a little girl always watched the airplanes coming and going desiring after traveling.

She started modeling at 16 after her mother sent pictures in to a Warsaw modeling agency.

She is known most for her work with designers Alessandro Dell'Acqua and Oscar de la Renta but has walked the runway for Karl Lagerfeld as well.

Magdalena used to smoke. She likes listening to White Stripes (alternative blues rock band). She adores Italian foods and water is her favourite drink and Batman comes to her mind when asked about superheroes.

She is interested in architecture, fine art, fashion (especially vintage), old movies and reading books. Magda studied architecture at university in USA. Dolce & Gabbana is her favourite designer to wear. She talks a lot to her mum as is her best friend. 

She spent all the money, earned during the first few years, on a flat in Warsaw.

Magdalena launched her fine jewelry brand. She works only with gold, with Polish artisans and set up the company in Poland.

"As a child I didn’t have a bright future, yet I have received so much from life so I wanted to go back to Poland and give back a little bit of what I’ve received."
